International Shipping Fee
For international orders, we offer global shipping services. OOAK provides free worldwide shipping for orders over $200, and a shipping fee of  $20 applies to orders below $200.

Pre Sale Questions

We are currently unable to provide shipping services to countries or regions with armed conflicts.
Customs duties and shipping fees are the responsibility of the recipient. International shipments are subject to customs duties and shipping fees, which vary by country/region and are based on the value of your order. The calculated amount depends on the taxes and shipping policies of the destination country.
If there are delivery delays, OOAK will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier errors or customs clearance issues, and do not provide refunds for such delays. We appreciate your understanding.
For delivery or tracking issues, the simplest and quickest solution is to contact the shipping company directly. Sometimes the carrier may prematurely mark the package as "delivered," or they may require additional information from you to complete the delivery. If you are unable to resolve the issue with the shipping company, please contact us at  info@theooak.com, and we will investigate the matter for you.
You could directly contact us and we will make invoices based on your demands. Then we will send it to you by email.

If you missed your delivery, here’s what will happen:

1.You will receive an email telling you when and where you can pick up the goods. For some items, the carrier will contact you to set up a delivery appointment or confirm order pickup.

2. Your order will either go to a nearby post office location or a carrier depot.

3. When you pick up your order, make sure you reference your order number and have a valid photo I.D.

4. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, the customer is required to contact OOAK Inside Sales at  info@theooak.com to make other arrangements to avoid additional shipping charges.

5. If making a purchase for someone as a gift, it may be a good idea to notify him/her about the impending delivery to minimize confusion which lead to a refusal of the package. Please note; larger items will require a signature. If a signature can not be captured, the item will be deemed undeliverable.
Please remember to fully inspect the carton and physical product for any damage before accepting the shipment. If the product is damaged in any way, please reject the delivery and notify the inside sales team at info@theooak.com to make other arrangements.
